3. Publication: Notice of this action shall be published in the following:
• The Alma Record, a newspaper of general circulation in Alma, Michigan, in accordance with Michigan Court Rule 2.106; and
• The Gratiot County Herald, the primary newspaper of general circulation in Gratiot County, Michigan, in accordance with Michigan Court Rule 2.106; and
• The Detroit Legal News, to the extent it differs from the Gratiot County Herald referenced above, which handles and manages legal notice placements state-wide, including Gratiot County Public Notice Policies.
4. Other Means: Any other method of service reasonably calculated to provide notice and approved by this Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDEREDD that service completed in accordance with any of the above methods shall be deemed good and sufficient service of process upon Defendant Alma Products I, LLC.
