BID FOR CLEANING SERVICES
CITY OF ITHACA
The City of Ithaca is seeking bids from local cleaning companies to perform deep cleaning services of the entire Ithaca Community Center once per month and as needed beyond that. Please include in your bid the price, what we can expect from your cleaning services, and three professional commercial building references. Please call City Hall 989-875-3200 if you would like to see the hall beforehand. All sealed bids must be received prior to the bid opening on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 9:00am in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 129 W. Emerson St, Ithaca, MI 48847.
The City of Ithaca reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the City of Ithaca. Bids received after the specified time will not be accepted. EOE

The City of Ithaca Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM or as soon thereafter for a Special Use Permit -Variance Request as submitted by Robert Smith; for approval of an accessory building (12’x16’) on his property located at 734 E Arcada Street (identified as parcel 52-154-002-01).
If unable to attend, written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at City Hall or e-mailed to clerk@ithacami.com.
