District Wide S2 Access Control Expansion
ALMA PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Alma Public Schools is accepting bids for the installation of door contacts and piezo buzzer stations placed on all exterior doors in the district. Bid specifications can be obtained by calling Tracie Hubble, Finance Director at (989) 466-7515.
All bids are due April 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Superintendent’s Office located in Alma High School, 1500 Pine Avenue, Alma, MI 48801. The Board of Education will not consider or accept a bid after this date and time.
Alma Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that serve the best interests of the district.


Notice of Public Hearing
City of Ithaca

The City of Ithaca City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 7:00pm, for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing to take comment on the proposed EGLE Clean Water State Revolving Fund project from interested persons. The meeting will be located at 129 W. Emerson Street, Ithaca, MI 48847.
The purpose of the proposed project is to reduce maintenance and increase reliability and the life of the sanitary sewer system. The project construction will involve sanitary sewer improvements and storm sewer separation.
Impacts of the proposed project include sanitary sewer improvements along Union St. from E. Center St. to Barber St., and storm sewer separation along Union St. from E. Center St. to Barber St.
The estimated cost to users for the proposed project will be $5,498,000 total project cost, which is approximately $13.47 per month over the life span of the loan.
A copy of the plan detailing the proposed project is available for inspection at the following location: Ithaca City Hall, 129 W. Emerson Street, Ithaca, MI 48847. Written comments received before the meeting record is closed April 23, 2024 at 4:00pm will receive responses in the final project planning document.
