Making Better Mental Health a Priority in the New Year

The difficulty with New Year’s resolutions may be the very timing of them. Coming out of the holidays and navigating some of the shortest and coldest days of the year can give anyone the blues. Perhaps knocking them off course for better health, jobs, and relationships. Given the kick in one’s step we often feel with the beginnings of spring, maybe a May resolution would have folks better suited for improving themselves.
