The James Huntoon and Joan Huntoon Joint Trust
TO ALL CREDITORS:
James Huntoon (12/15/1934 – 08/09/2026), was the last surviving Settlor of the James M. Huntoon and Joan R. Huntoon Joint Revocable Trust, dated June 22, 2011 (Trust). There is no Personal Representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.
Creditors of James Huntoon are notified that all claims against him, individually, or against the Trust, will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustee within 4 months after the date of publication of this notice.
This notice is given pursuant to MCL 700.7608.
