PUBLIC NOTICE
The Fulton Township Board gives notice of a public hearing to review a proposed new cemetery ordinance, that will be held at the Fulton Township Hall, 3425 W. Cleveland Rd., Perrinton at 7:00pm. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for review at the township hall during regular business hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am to noon, and 1-4pm. Copies of the proposed ordinance will also be available for viewing on the township website: www.fultontwp.com under “In the Spotlight” tab, with a link to access it.
All public are welcome and may appear in person, by counsel, or by personal representative at the October 2nd meeting. Fulton Township will provide auxiliary aids or services to individuals with disabilities. Persons needing such services should contact the office of the township clerk by writing or calling the clerk not less than four days before the public hearing.

ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
City of Ithaca
The City of Ithaca will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00pm. or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 129 West Emerson Street, Ithaca, MI 48847 to take comment on the following Amendments to City Ordinance:
Chapter 38: Utilities, Section 38-41 Rates, charges and fees.
The proposed amendments may be viewed on the city website at www.ithacami.com or at City Hall. If unable to attend, written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk by 4:00pm. on September 18, 2023 at the above address or by email to clerk@ithacami.com.
