FULTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON WIND ORDINANCE 

Please take notice that a meeting of the Fulton Township Planning Commission will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at Township Hall, 3425 W. Cleveland Rd. Perrinton, MI 48871.

At this meeting, the Planning Commission will consider and hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance to amend the Township’s Zoning Ordinance regarding wind energy facilities.

Copies of the ordinance may be viewed at the Township Hall during regular business hours or by appointment. The Planning Commission is receiving written comments concerning the proposed ordinance at the Township Hall, 3425 W. Cleveland Rd, Perrinton, MI 48871.  Comments must be received by the Township prior to the start of the public hearing.

This notice is posted in compliance with P.A. 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and published in compliance with P.A. 246 of 1945.

 Fulton Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon seven (7) days’ notice to the Township by writing or calling the following:  Denise Rossman, Clerk; 3425 W.
