NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for Seville Township will hold a special meeting and public hearing on May 13, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Hall, 7676 W. Lincoln Rd., Elwell, MI 48832. The purpose of the public hearing will be to consider amendments to the Township’s Zoning Ordinance regarding (1) wind energy projects, (2) solar energy projects and (3) battery energy storage projects within the Township including, but not limited to, setbacks, noise, decommissioning and other requirements. The proposed amendments would also create a Renewable Energy Overlay Zoning District comprised of the following properties:

The Planning Commission is receiving written comments concerning the proposed amendments at the Township Hall 7676 W Lincoln Rd, Elwell, MI 48832.
Comments must be received by the Township prior to, or during the public hearing.

FULTON TOWNSHIP SPECIAL PLANNING
COMMISSION MEETING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – MAY 21, 2025
Fulton Township gives notice that a Special Planning Commission Meeting and Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the township hall, located at 3425 W. Cleveland Rd., Perrinton, MI 48871.
The public hearing will be for an Agricultural District Special Land Use Request for the development of a wireless telecommunications facility for parcel# 29-05-018-001-00, owned by Frank and Sharon Haynes, and located on the south side of Cleveland Rd., just east of the M-57 and Ely Hwy. intersection.
The public is encouraged to attend. Comments or concerns may be presented in person, by counsel, by personal representative or by letter. The application for the special land use will be available for viewing at the Fulton Township Hall during regular business hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9am-12pm and 1-4pm.

SLIPR Public Hearing
The Saint Louis Ithaca Pine River Transit (SLIPR) Authority will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. to consider approval of the 2025/2026 Budget. The meeting will be held at St. Louis City Hall, 300 N. Mill Street.
Copies of the proposed SLIPR budget are on file at St. Louis City Hall for public inspection prior to the public hearing.

Gratiot County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to paint the Airport Hangars of the Gratiot Community Airport. Quote should be split into two components- 1 part publicly owned buildings and 2- privately owned buildings.
Purpose: The purpose of this project is to paint the Gratiot Community Airport Hangars to enhance the buildings and prevent rust. There are 2 county owned T-Hangars and 9 private unit T-Hangars. Invitation to Comment on a Proposed Wireless
Telecommunications Facility
Interested persons are invited to comment on the wireless telecommunications project proposed at West Monroe, Alma, MI 48801 (43°24’56.5”N 84°40’32.8”W). The project will consist of installing a new 300-foot self-support tower (overall height 310 feet) within a new 75’x75’ fenced compound. A 11’ 8”x 26’ equipment shelter with a LP generator, a 1,000-gallon propane tank, and ice bridge are also proposed on concrete foundation within the compound. An approximate 30-foot tree clearing buffer is proposed around the fenced compound.
In addition, an access road and turnaround are proposed to the compound from US-127. This notice is provided in accordance with regulations of the Federal Communications Commission, 47 C.F.R. Part 1, Subpart I and Appendices B. The FCC Antenna Structure Registration (ASR, Form 854) FCC Filing Number is A1312209. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
City of Ithaca Property Owners and Taxpayers
Notice is hereby given, as required by Chapter VII Section E of the City Charter, that a public hearing on the proposed City Budget for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 5:30 pm or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows during the regular meeting of the Ithaca City Council. The meeting location is at the City Hall located at 129 W. Emerson St, Ithaca, MI.
The proposed property tax millage rates to be levied and the water and sewer rates to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that KAPPEN TREE SERVICE, LLC, 2675 Hurds Corner Rd, Cass City, MI 48726 (License # 790032) will be doing vegetation management under contract with DTE, ITC & MeTC on their utility lines beginning May 15, 2025 through October 30, 2025 foliar applications.
The herbicide mix to be applied will be a mixture of some of the following:
Escort (AI: Metsulfuron methyl), Garlon 3A (AI: Triclopyr), Method (AI: Aminocylclopyrachlor), Milestone: (AI: Triisopropanolammonium), and Arsenal AC (AI: Isopropylamine salt of Imazapyr).
Spraying will be applied to the right-of-ways of the power lines and will include small trees and brush treatment within that area via use of backpack sprayer, and ATV wide broadcast.
Re-entry restrictions: do not enter until the blend has dried on the plants.
Gratiot County will be covered during this application.
