The Seville Township Board will hold a public hearing on the 2024-2025 proposed township budget at Seville Township Hall on March 27, 2024 at 9:15 a.m. The property tax millage rate contained within the budget is 0.8079 mills. A copy of the budget is available for public inspection at Seville Township and on the Township website.
ELBA TOWNSHIP BUDGET MEETING
The Elba Township board will hold a public hearing on the proposed township budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 March 26th at 7:00 PM. A copy of the budget is available for public inspection at 109 S. Oak St, Ashley.
This notice is posted in compliance with Public Act 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meeting Act), MCL 41.72a(2)(3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The Elba Township board will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon 5 days notice to the Elba Township board. • Bills were reviewed and approved for payment.
• 023-2024 Budget amendments were approved
• 2024-2025 Budget was approved
• Resolution 2024-2: Resolution Supporting the Reconstruction of the Jackson Road Bridge was approved.
• Resolution 2024-3: Resolution to Accept the 2024-2025 Fire and Rescue Protection Agreement with Breckenridge-Wheeler TWP Fire & Rescue was approved.
• Devine presented that MMWA will be issuing tags for containers that are not MMWA issued
• Land Division was approved for Priest (Carter Rd)
