The Seville Township Board will hold a public budget hearing on the 2025-2026 proposed Seville Township budget at the Seville Township Hall on March 20, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The Property tax millage rate contain within the budget is 0.8079 mls. A copy of the budget is available for public inspection at Seville Township and on the Township website. A Special Board meeting will immediately follow the completion of the public budget hearing.

FULTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING

Fulton Township gives notice of their upcoming Planning Commission Meeting and Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025 at 7:00pm at the Fulton Township Hall, located at 3425 W. Cleveland Rd., Perrinton, MI 48871, to present and deliberate on proposed language to not permit shipping containers/semi-trailers of any type to be used as accessory buildings/structures in R-1 zoning. Additional business items will be to discuss an amendment to the solar ordinance to include battery storage language that will not permit commercial grid storage batteries or capacitor banks that store or return supplemental power to the grid, with an inclusion of allowing the use of batteries in commercial applications only for emergency backup for safety lighting and related computer infrastructures.
The public hearing is open to the public. Comments or concerns may be presented in person, by counsel, by personal representative or by letter. A copy of the Planning Commission’s December 2024 meeting minutes, which includes the above proposed language changes, are available for viewing at the Fulton Township Hall during regular business hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9am-12 noon and 1-4 pm.
Written comments or complaints may be sent to Fulton Township, PO Box 68, Perrinton, MI 48871 and must be received prior to the public hearing. Fulton Township will provide auxiliary aids or services to individuals with disabilities. Persons needing such services should contact the township office not less than five days before the public hearing.

The Day of Review of Drainage District Boundaries is an opportunity to review the Drainage District boundaries of the Drains listed below with the Drain Commissioner or a staff member. A map of the proposed Drainage District boundary revisions can be found on the Gratiot County website at: www.gratiotmi.com and Clinton County website at: https://www.clinton-county.org/ The Drain Commissioner, engineers, and/or other staff members will be available to assist individuals throughout the day and make revisions where necessary. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment for a specific time on the Day of Review.
A general description of the lands by section number proposed to be added or deleted from the Drainage Districts as recommended by a licensed professional engineer or surveyor for each of the Drains is as follows:

The computation of costs for the Drains listed above will also be available at the Day of Review. Drain assessments are collected in the same manner as property taxes and will appear on your winter tax bill. If drain assessments are being collected for more than one (1) year, you may pay the assessment in full with any interest to date at any time and avoid further interest charges.
Persons with disabilities needing accommodations for effective participation in the Day of Review should contact the Drain Commissioner’s Office at the number listed above or through the Michigan Relay Center at 7-1-1 (TDD) at least 24 hours in advance of the Day of Review to request mobility, visual, hearing or other assistance.
You may appeal the Drain Commissioner’s decision to revise the district boundary to the Circuit Court within ten (10) days. You also may appeal the Drain Commissioner’s determination of apportionments to the Probate Court within ten (10) days.
