PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 27, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at Ithaca High School Media Center, 710 North Union Street, Ithaca, Michigan, the Board of Education of Ithaca Public Schools will hold a public hearing to consider the District’s proposed 2022-2023 budget. The budget will be voted on at the June 27, 2022 regular board meeting.
A copy of the proposed 2022-23 budget is available for public inspection during normal business hours at Ithaca Administration Office, 710 N. Union St., Ithaca, Michigan.
This notice is given by order of the Board of Education.

Site Plan Review
The City of Ithaca Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter for a Site Plan Review as submitted by Duane LaLone, of DuKay LLC.; for approval of driveways and drainage on property located at 331 Industrial Parkway. (identified as parcel 52-060-069-00).
If unable to attend, written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk by 4:00 PM on Monday, July 11, 2022 at City Hall or e-mailed to city@ithacami.com.

Minutes for Regular Meeting on June 12, 2022

Meeting was called to order by Mikek at 7:00 p.m.
- Minutes for May 10th read and approved
- Bills were reviewed and approved for payment
- Mikek shared that the Fire board has ordered the new fire truck; will not be delivered for 2 years
- Discussion and approved to use STG for a new website (Silver package for set up and full maintenance annually)
- Discussion regarding solar in the township
- 1 building permit was issued for the month
- Waste Authority is renewing contracts – board suggested to stay with Waste Management
- Reminder that Primary Election coming up on August 2nd
