NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
City of Ithaca
The City of Ithaca will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00pm. or as soon thereafter as the agenda allows, on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 129 West Emerson Street, Ithaca, MI 48847 to take comment on the following Amendments to City Ordinances:
Chapter 16: Fire Prevention and Protections; Article II: Burning; Section 16-33 and adding New Sections 16-35 and 16-36.
Chapter 10: Cemeteries; within its entirety.
The proposed amendments may be viewed on the city website at www.ithacami.com or at City Hall. If unable to attend, written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk by 4:00pm. on August 15, 2023 at the above address or by email to clerk@ithacami.com.

The Gratiot County Treasurer will offer tax- reverted real estate at public auction on
August 10th, 2023.
The auction will be held online at
www.tax-sale.info from 10:00am to 7:00pm
EDT. Bids can also be placed up to 30 days
in advance on the website, and assistance
is available for those without computer or
internet access.
Incomplete or voided sales from the August
10th auction, if any, will be re-offered online
