Please take notice that on June 24, 2024, the Fulton Township Board adopted Ordinance Amendment #41, which regulates blight in Fulton Township. Copies of the Blight Ordinance Amendment may be obtained at the Fulton Township Office and on the Fulton Township website: www.fultontwp.com.
This Ordinance provides, in summary, a process for preventing, reducing and eliminating blight and an associated enforcement provision. The Ordinance has the following sections and catch lines: Section 1: Purpose; Section 2: Causes of Blight or Blighting Factors; Section 3: Enforcement and Penalties; Section 4: Compliance; Section 5: Severability; Section 6: Effective Date and Adoption. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after publication of this Notice.
