The Saint Louis City Council will hold a Public Hearing on January 20, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits at St. Louis City Hall, 300 N. Mill Street, to consider approval of the following:
• Transfer Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate 2015-198 to Engineered Plastic Components, Inc. (dba Plasti-Paint)
• Transfer Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate 2020-013 to Engineered Plastic Components, Inc. (dba Plasti-Paint)
• Transfer Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate 2022-031 to Engineered Plastic Components, Inc. (dba Plasti-Paint)

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Gratiot at their office at 200 Commerce Drive, Ithaca, MI 48847, until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 6, 2026 for the following:
GRAVEL RESURFACING OF ROADS
Further information upon which bids shall be based is available at the offices of the Road Commission.
The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities and to accept the bid which, in their opinion, is in the best interest of the County of Gratiot.
Any bid received after the specified time will be returned unopened.
