ELECTION NOTICE
CITY OF ITHACA ELECTORS

Notice is hereby given that the Public Accuracy Test for the February 27, 2024 Presidential Primary Election will be held Tuesday February 13, 2024 at 1:00pm.
Testing will be conducted at City Hall located at 129 W. Emerson St., Ithaca, Michigan.
The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the computer equipment and programs that will be used to count and tabulate the votes cast at the election are done so in the manner prescribed by law.

Request for Statements of Qualifications for
State Revolving Fund Planning, Design, and Construction Services

The City of Ithaca is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) for an engineering firm to perform all professional engineering services related to a proposed wastewater collection project intended to be funded through the Clean Water/State Revolving Fund (SRF) program, and proposed water distribution project intended to be funded through the Drinking Water/SRF that is administered by the Water Infrastructure Financing Section of the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE).

1) Proposals shall be submitted no later than Monday at 4:00 p.m., February 12, 2024, to:

2) The City reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive technicalities.
3) No submission may be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the proposals.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all qualification packages, to waive any irregularities, and further reserves the right to accept any qualifications or parts of the qualifications package which it deems to best serve the interest of the City.
