The New Haven Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during a special meeting on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the New Haven Township Hall, 3027 S Warner Rd, Sumner, MI, 48889. . All interested parties will be heard on the request to amend the previously approved Special Land Use Permit (see resolutions dated January 18, 2022 and February 15, 2022) for the Heartland Farms Wind Project, submitted by Heartland Farms Wind Project, LLC, by its authorized agent Invenergy, LLC. The approved Special Land Use Permit permitted 27 wind turbine locations, access roads, underground electric power collection cables, transformers, underground communication cables, above-ground transmission lines, and other ancillary facilities and structures. This amendment requests approval for an additional 2 turbines and the associated access roads, underground electric power collection cables, transformers, underground communication cables, and other ancillary facilities, improvements, and structures.

Notice Is Hereby Given to you as a person liable for an assessment that the Board of
Determination, composed of Howard Poindexter, Jeff Ostrander, Anthony Taylor or alternate Neil
Jenkins, will meet on December 8, 2022 at 10:00 am at Seville Township Hall, 8143 W Madison Rd,
Elwell, Michigan, to hear all interested persons and evidence and to determine whether the #443 Drain, as
prayed for in the Petition for cleaning out, relocating, widening, deepening, straightening, tiling,
extending or relocating along a highway of the following drain: #443 Drain and all established tributary
drains, located and established in the Townships of Seville and Sumner, County of Gratiot, State of
Michigan, dated July 13, 2022 is necessary and conducive to the public health, convenience or welfare of
said Townships in accordance with Act No. 40, P.A. 1956, as amended, and for the protection of the

Please take notice that a meeting of the Fulton Township Planning Commission will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at Township Hall, 3425 W. Cleveland Rd. Perrinton, MI 48871.
At this meeting, the Planning Commission will consider and hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance to amend the Township’s Zoning Ordinance regarding wind energy facilities.
