CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS PLACE AND TIME
City of Ithaca Residents and Interested Parties
At a regular City Council Meeting Held on March 18, 2025,
Resolution 2025-07: Approving City Council Meetings Place and
Time, was presented.
WHEREAS, The City Council declares to adopt a resolution
formally setting the regular meeting date, time and place for City
Council Meetings, as the first and third Tuesdays of each month, at
5:30 p.m., to be held at the City Municipal Building.
RESOLUTION DECLARED ADPOTED.
This Resolution shall be effective April 1, 2025.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST FOR THE
SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, MAY 6, 2025
To the qualified electors of THE CITIES of Alma, and THE
TOWNSHIPS of Arcada, Emerson, Fulton, Pine River, Seville,
Sumner, and Washington in THE COUNTY OF GRATIOT, STATE OF
MICHIGAN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Accuracy Test shall be conducted for the electronic equipment
that will be used to tabulate the votes in each of the aforementioned jurisdictions for the May 6, 2025 SPECIAL Election. Election law requires that Public Accuracy Tests be conducted to demonstrate the computer
programming used to tabulate the votes cast. Public Accuracy Tests shall be conducted in each jurisdiction
as follows: After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of

NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
FOR THE SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON
TUESDAY, MAY 6, 2025
GRATIOT COUNTY, MICHIGAN
TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF GRATIOT COUNTY:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Gratiot County who is not already registered, may
register to vote at the office of the Township or City Clerk, the Gratiot County Clerk’s office, or the Secretary of State driver’s license bureau during regular business hours. Registration may also be made at the
specified agency for clients receiving services through the Human Services Department, the Department of
Community Health, Michigan Works and some offices of the Commission for the Blind and at the military
recruitment offices for persons enlisting in the armed forces. Registration by mail may be used by obtaining
and completing a Mail Voter Registration Application at www.mi.gov/vote and forwarding to the election
official as directed on the application by the close of registration deadline. Lastly, those already registered
may update their voter registration at www.expressSOS.com.
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Tuesday April 21, 2025.
After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency
