The Sumner Township board will hold a public hearing on
the proposed township budget for the fiscal year 2023-2024 at
the Sumner Community Center Township Office on Thursday,
March 9, 2023 at 6:00p.m. The property tax Millage rate
proposed to be levied to the support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. To obtain a copy of the
budget, call the Sumner Township Clerk, at (989) 463-4531.

ELBA TOWNSHIP BUDGET MEETING
CHANGE OF TOWNSHIP MEETING DATE
The Elba Township board will hold a public hearing on
the proposed township budget for fiscal year 2023-2024
March 21st at 6:30 PM. A copy of the budget is available
for public inspection at 109 S. Oak St, Ashley.
This notice is posted in compliance with Public Act 267
of 1976 as amended (Open Meeting Act), MCL 41.72a(2)
(3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The Elba Township board will provide necessary
reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed
materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals
with disabilities at the meeting upon 5 days notice to the
Elba Township board. Note: Individuals with disabilities
requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the
