The Settlor, Viola Kathryn Martin (date of birth June 9, 1929) , who was a resident of Gratiot County, Michigan, died May 10, 2022. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the Settlor are notified that all claims against the Viola Kathryn Martin Living Trust dated November 21, 2003, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Carolyn Darlene Tomczak, 1064 Julie Dr, Davison, MI 48423-2829, and Brenda Faye Randall, 11149 Pingree Rd, Elwell, MI 48832-9750, Successor Trustees, within four (4) months after the date of publication of this Notice.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
