In that an action for declaratory relief regarding a mobile home located at 7065 North Osborn Road, Elwell, Michigan 48832 on certain property in Gratiot County, Michigan:
The North 331 feet of the South 661 feet of the East 662.77 feet of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 12 North, Range 4 West.
has been initiated by Plaintiff, Derek Swisher, and the Court having found that service of process upon Defendants, “John Doe”, Unknown Claimants” and “Unknown Owners” cannot reasonably be made pursuant to MCR 2.105, and that service of process may be made in a manner which is reasonably calculated to give “John Doe”, “Unknown Claimants”, and “Unknown Owners” actual notice of the proceedings and an opportunity to be heard;
IT IS ORDERED that service of the Summons and Compliant filed in this matter on the named Defendants may be made by publishing a copy of this Order once each week for (3) consecutive weeks, in the Gratiot County Herald.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendants, “John Doe”, “Unknown Claimants”, and “Unknown Owners” shall serve their answer to Plaintiffs’ Complaint on Robert M. Backus, Attorney for Plaintiffs, whose address is 115 South University, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan 48858. Failure to comply with this Order may result in a Judgment by default against said Defendants for the relief demanded in Plaintiffs’ Complaint filed with this Court. A copy of the Summons and Complaint may be obtained at the Montcalm County Clerk’s Office, 639 North State Street, Stanton, Michigan 48888, or by contacting Robert M.
