Creditors of the Decedent are notified that all claims against the Decedent and the Decedent’s Trust, the Bertha M. The Settlor, Floydene Mitchell (date of birth July 31, 1937), who was a resident of Gratiot County, Michigan, died August 1, 2022. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the Settlor are notified that all claims against the Floydene Mitchell Living Trust, dated December 27, 2002, will be forever barred unless presented to Deborah D. Luke-Skol and John T.
