To the heirs and assigns of Wallace Hindenlang, Lila Hindenlang and Alfred Hindenlang, and any other persons or entities claiming interest in the following property: Please take notice that an action has been commenced to quiet title to the property described as:
LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 OF BLOCK 1, TRAPP’S ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF ELM HALL, GRATIOT COUNTY, MICHIGAN, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF AND LOT 2 OF BLOCK 8, TRAPP’S ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF ELM HALL, GRATIOT COUNTY, MICHIGAN, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
Circuit Court File Number 22-0535-CH. should you claim any interest in this property, you must notify the Court at 214 East Center Street, Ithaca, Michigan 48847 and the Plaintiff’s attorney, William E. Goggin, P.O. Box 488, Alma, Michigan 48801 and file an appropriate responsive pleading no later than 30 days after publication of this notice or the relief requested may be granted by the Court.

The Robert J. Williams and Betty L. Williams Joint Revocable Trust dated August 6, 2012
TO ALL CREDITORS:
The last surviving Settlor of the Robert J. Williams and Betty L. Williams Joint Revocable Trust dated August 6, 2012, Betty L. Williams, of 5676 N. Crapo Road, Breckenridge, Michigan, 48615, died on August 19, 2022.
There is no Personal Representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.
Creditors of the Settlor are notified that all claims against Betty L. Williams and/or the Robert J. Williams and Betty L. Williams Joint Revocable Trust dated August 6, 2012, will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustee within 4 months after the date of publication of this notice.
Notice is also given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
This notice is given pursuant to MCL 700.7608.
