Said mortgage is now held by Nationstar Mortgage LLC, by assignment. The Settlor, Eleanor L. Timmins (date of birth February 11, 1930), who was a resident of Gratiot County, Michigan, died August 30, 2024. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the Settlor are notified that all claims against the Calvin J. Timmins and Eleanor L. Timmins Joint Living Trust, dated December 12, 2003, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Deanna L. Timmins, Trustee, c/o the Law Office of Rhonda M.
