Cooley, Husband and Wife to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as nominee for Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC , Mortgagee, dated October 18, 2021, and recorded on November 5, 2021, in Liber 1092, Page 983, Gratiot County Records, said mortgage was assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC by an Assignment of Mortgage which has been submitted to the Gratiot County Register of Deeds, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Three and 27/100 ($114,273.27) including interest at the rate of 2.62500% per annum.
Said premises are situated in the Village of Perrinton, Gratiot County, Michigan, and are described as: Lot 57 of the Village of Perrinton, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in the office of Register of Deeds, Gratiot County, Michigan. Commonly known as: 204 S HODGES, PERRINTON, MI 48871
