Default has been made in the conditions of a certain mortgage made by Jennifer Snyder, a single woman to Chemical Bank, Mortgagee, dated July 6, 2006, and recorded on July 7, 2006, in Liber 810, Page 503, Gratiot County Records, said mortgage was assigned to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION by an Assignment of Mortgage dated July 19, 2006 and recorded August 25, 2006 in Liber 813, Page 677, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Twenty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred and 95/100 ($27,600.95) including interest at the rate of 6.75000% per annum.
