Gratiot County is accepting bids to enter a five-year lease of the County’s 81.48-acre farmland in the South Industrial Park in Ithaca. Roughly 74 acres are tillable. Bids must be submitted electronically to procurement@gratiotmi.com with “Project 13-26 County Farm Lease” in the subject line no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Bid specifications can be viewed on the Gratiot County Web Page at http://www.gratiotmi.com/bids.aspx, or by contacting the Gratiot County Administrator at (989) 875-5282.
