Official Public Notice of a Public Hearing and Public Meeting to be held for the Gratiot County Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). The ZBA will hold a meeting Thursday, August 13th, 2026 at 4:00pm in the Board of Commissioner’s Room Level 1 of Gratiot County Courthouse 214 E. Center Rd., Ithaca, MI 48847 regarding an Appeal of the County Zoning Administrator’s ruling for 209 N Main St., North Star, MI 48847, Parcel #29-11-501-006-00 as submitted by the Property Owner, Beckett Flint. The appeal is of the following ruling made by the County Zoning Administrator: “Denial of a second extension for a Temporary Dwelling Permit at 209 N Main St. North Star, MI 48847, Parcel #29-11-501-006-00 per Section 2.10 B3.”
