Please take notice that the SEVILLE TOWNSHIP Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during a special meeting of the Planning Commission to be held at the Seville Township Hall, located at 7676 W Lincoln Road, Elwell, MI 48832 on July 7, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in accordance with Act 33 of 2008, MCL 125.3801 et. seq. The purpose of this public hearing is to provide an opportunity for residents and interested citizens to express their opinions, ask questions, and discuss all aspects of the proposed Gratiot Countywide Master Plan to be adopted as SEVILLE TOWNSHIP’s master plan. Written comments may be submitted on or before the date of the public hearing by directing any comments to Amy Densmore, Clerk, P.O. Box 222, Elwell, MI 48832 or via email to: sevilletwpclerk@gmail.com.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please take notice that the Planning Commission of Bethany Township will hold a public hearing during a duly noticed meeting of the Planning Commission to be held at the Bethany Township Hall located at 9958 N. Blair Rd., Breckenridge, MI 48615 on July 13, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in accordance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Act 110 of 2006, MCL 125.3103 et seq. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a request from Kyle Butz (“Butz”) for a special use permit to run an auto detailing business (the “Business”).
The proposed Business is a commercial auto detailing business to be conducted from a primarily residential address. This public hearing will provide an opportunity for residents and interested citizens to express their opinions, ask questions, and discuss all aspects of the request. The following property within Bethany Township is the subject of the request by Butz:

Butz’s application materials are available for copying or inspection at the Township Hall upon request. Written comments on the proposed Business and its application will be received at the Township Hall prior to or at the public hearing by in-person delivery or by mail (see address below for Township Hall). Furthermore, Bethany Township will provide auxiliary aids or services to individuals with disabilities. Election law requires that Public Accuracy Tests be conducted to demonstrate the computer programming used to tabulate the votes cast.
