Sealed Bids for the construction of the Union Street Lift Station Bypass will be received by the City of St. Louis at City Hall, Multi-Purpose/Training room at 300 North Mill St., St. Louis, MI 48880 until 2:00 pmlocal time on April 2, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project consists of construction of a lift station bypass connection and cleaning of the existing pumps suction and discharge piping.Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be examined starting on March 6, 2026, at QuestCDN www.questcdn.com. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. Bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name and the name of the bidder.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the Owner and any Bidder or Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to accept any or all Bids and award the contract to other than the lowest bidder, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; to reject any or all Bids; and in general to make the award of the Contract in any manner deemed by the Owner, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Owner.

SEVILLE TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING

TAKE NOTICE that on April 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., the Seville Township Planning Commission will hold a meeting at the Seville Township Hall, 7676 W. Lincoln Road, Elwell, MI, 48832. The purpose of this meeting is to consider any business that may come before the Planning Commission and to hold a public hearing on a proposed Food Truck Ordinance.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for inspection by appointment at the Township Hall. Written comments regarding the proposed ordinance may be submitted to the Planning Commission until 5:00 p.m. on April 7, 2026, at the Township Hall.
This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976, as amended (Open Meetings Act), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and published in compliance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, 2006 P.A. 110.
