Meeting called to order by Mikek at 7:00 pm.
Minutes for February 11th read and approved.
Bills were reviewed and approved for payment.
Current budget amended by board
Board approved budget for 2025-2026
Fahey, attn office will present township in discussions regarding
battery storage
Decommission Agreement with DTE was approved
Resolution 2025-5; Resolution to Amend Fee Schedule was
adopted
Special Maintenance agreement with GCRC for gravel was
approved using Fisher
Special Maintenance agreement with GCRC for brine was partially
approved with further discussion at next meeting
Teeter report one building permit was issued
Escrow accounts have been set up with Huntington Bank
Meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm
