PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING
April 12, 2022, 7:00 p.m.
The Planning Commission of the Township of Seville, Gratiot County, Michigan (“Township”) will hold a meeting on April 12, 2022 commencing at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider any business that may come before the Planning Commission and to hold a public hearing on possible amendments to the Township’s Zoning Ordinance regarding adult-use recreational marijuana and domestic animals and livestock.
The Planning Commission is receiving written comments concerning the proposed amendments. Comments must be received by the Township prior to, or during, the public hearing. A complete copy of the proposed amendments is available at the Township Hall by appointment during regular business hours.
This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act and published in compliance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, 2006 P.A. 110.
