Must be a Washington Township Resident
Maintains custody of all township records
Maintains general ledger (BS&A) · Prepares warrants (checks)
Records and maintains meeting minutes
Keeps the book of oaths
Responsible for regular and special meeting notices
Keeps voter registration file and conducts elections
Chair of election commission
Keeps ordinance book
Prepares financial statements
Delivers tax certificates to supervisor and county clerk
Must appoint a deputy
Must post a surety bond

PUBLIC HEARING
A Regional Transportation Task Force meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, 10:00 a.m., at the office of the Saginaw County Road Commission, 3020 Sheridan Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48605.
A Transportation Task Force meeting in Gratiot County will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024, 1:00 p.m., at the Gratiot County Road Commission office located at 200 Commerce Drive, Ithaca, MI 48847.
The purpose of this meeting is to determine the transportation projects in the Region 7B Task Force for Small Urban and Rural, Federal STBG Program, and State D funds.
