City of Ithaca Residents and Interested Parties

Site Plan Review
The City of Ithaca Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 5:00 PM or as soon thereafter for a Site Plan Review as submitted by Jane 25 Properties, LLC (dba Capital Steel & Wire); for approval of a proposed new access point off South County Farm Drive, widening of existing access off Raycraft Drive and stormwater improvements on property located at 100 Raycraft Drive (identified as parcel 52-090-002-40).

Special Use Permit
The City of Ithaca Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 5:00 PM or as soon thereafter for a Special Use Permit as submitted by Gary Melow; for approval of an accessory building (24’x25’) on his property located at 624 E North Street (identified as parcel 52-105-006-00).
