Emerson Township and Lafayette Township
Public Act 660 of 2018 allows the governing bodies of 2 or more contiguous cities or townships, by agreement, to appoint a single board of review to serve as the board of review for each of those cities or townships.
Emerson and Lafayette Townships have entered an Interlocal Agreement to approve a Combined Board of Review.

Bid Proposals for Sidewalk Replacement Program Zones 3&4
The City of Ithaca is currently accepting sealed bid proposals for sidewalk replacement. Bid packages may be picked up at City Hall, 129 W. Emerson Street, Ithaca, Michigan 48847 or may be emailed upon request. Contact the City Clerk at 989-875-3200 or clerk@ithacami.com to receive an emailed copy of the bid form. The sidewalk project is for a two-year contract. This years’ time-line is a September 30, 2024 completion deadline. Bids will be publicly opened on Friday, March 25, 2024 at 9:00am in the City Hall Council Chamber located at the above address and are to be marked as “Sidewalk Bid”.
