  2. Commission Chair Chuck Murphy said at the April 19 meeting that Bunting’s idea was actually HIS idea. Here’s what he said right after Andrew Bare of Alma spoke during public comments time: “Thank you for addressing the commission. I do agree with you and the proposal that Commissioner Bunting made, you know, I came up with.”
