Roy D. Shankel, president of Breckenridge Insurance Agency of Michigan, has announced the addition of Jessica Godley to the agency staff of licensed agents.
A native of Gratiot County, Godley was raised on a beef and cash crop farm. After graduating from Breckenridge High School, she attended Michigan State University earning a bachelor of science degree in Agricultural Business Management.
Staying close to her roots, Godley has worked for grain and chemical/fertilizer companies as well as an agricultural financial institution.
Godley joined the staff of Breckenridge Insurance in October. With eight years experience as an agent with the federal crop insurance program, she brings a working knowledge of the program and the needs of Michigan farmers to her position at Breckenridge.
Godley joins agents, Rob Fleming, Kim McCracken, Jayne Doyle, Brian Long, Kelly Packard, Matt Evers, Melissa VanBeveren and Brett Anderson.
