On December 8, 2009, this claim and delivery action was filed by Plaintiff against the Defendant.
Upon consideration of a Motion for Alternate Service by Plaintiff attesting to the fact that the Defendant cannot be personally served with the Summons, Verified Complaint, Verified Motion for Possession of Real Property and for Appointment of Receiver, and Restraining Order and Order to Appear because, and the Court having issued an Order for Alternate Service on December 21, 2009; now therefore,
IT IS ORDERED:
1. That Defendant shall serve his respective Answer on J.
