Circuit Court News (published July 29, 2010)[ In News ]Millard Jones Denwiddie, 30, Detroit pled guilty to three counts of delivery of a controlled substance in the amount of less than 50 grams. He was sentenced on July 19 by 29th Circuit Court judge Randy Tahvonen to 365 days in county jail with credit for 97 days served on each count. Denwiddie was forced to pay $60 to Crime Victim Rights, $204 state minimum costs, $2,050 in court costs and $500 in fines and will be placed on probation for 48 months.
Searchers continue recovery efforts for plane/passengers[ In News ]The search continues for the Cessna 206 aircraft that crashed in Lake Michigan at about 10:00 a.m. last Friday carrying five Alma residents.
